Snug uses AI technology powered by OpenAI to deliver personalized coaching, matchmaking insights, and profile suggestions.

What data is shared with OpenAI:

- Your profile information (name, age, gender, preferences, and onboarding answers).

- Messages you send to Anna, our AI coaching assistant.

- Voice notes (transcribed text is sent for analysis).

- Post-date reflections and feedback.

How this data is used:

- To generate personalized coaching advice and insights.

- To create profile suggestions (e.g. "About Me" text).

- To produce match compatibility reasoning.

Important safeguards:

- Your data is NOT used to train OpenAI's models.

- You must explicitly consent to AI data sharing before any data is sent to OpenAI.

- You can revoke your AI data sharing consent at any time in your account settings.

- You can request deletion of your AI-processed data by contacting support@joinsnug.com.
