Terms of Use

Snug provides a concierge-level dating experience that includes intentional matching, structured feedback, and ongoing support to help you learn and grow through your dating journey.

Snug does not guarantee that you will find a romantic partner, go on a certain number of dates, or achieve a specific outcome. We do, however, promise to support you with honesty, care, and actionable insights to help you make meaningful progress.

You must be:

• At least 18 years old.

• Legally able to form a binding contract.

• Single and using Snug for genuine dating or relationship-building purposes.

• Living in a location where Snug has launched.

We reserve the right to verify eligibility, remove users who violate these requirements, or restrict access to maintain the quality and integrity of our community.

You’re responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure.

• Ensuring that the information in your profile is truthful, current, and accurate.

• How you communicate and behave within the Service.

If you share your account or create multiple accounts, we may suspend or terminate your access.

We reserve the right to remove content or users that violate our community values-especially those who behave disrespectfully, misrepresent themselves, or misuse Snug for any non-dating purposes.

Snug is built on empathy, accountability, and integrity. By joining, you agree to:

• Treat others with respect and honesty.

• Provide thoughtful, constructive feedback when prompted.

• Keep all post-date insights and communications confidential.

• Avoid harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior.

• Refrain from recording or sharing another user’s information or feedback without consent.

We actively moderate and may remove users who break these commitments to keep Snug safe and supportive.

You may not use Snug for any unlawful, harmful, exploitative, or abusive purpose. Without limiting our Acceptable Use Policy, you may not use the Service to:

• Engage in, facilitate, or promote human trafficking or sex trafficking, or the commercial sexual exploitation of any person.

• Sexually exploit, coerce, or abuse any person, or aid, abet, or encourage the abuse or exploitation of any person.

• Solicit, advertise, or arrange commercial sexual services, or any exchange of money or goods for sexual activity.

• Endanger, exploit, or engage in any sexual or romantic conduct involving a minor.

Violations of this section result in immediate removal and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement. See our Acceptable Use Policy for the full list of prohibited conduct.

Some features of Snug may require a paid subscription or one-time payment. When you purchase a plan:

• You authorize Snug (or our third-party payment provider) to charge your chosen payment method.

• All payments are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

• Your subscription may automatically renew unless canceled through your account settings before the renewal date.

We may adjust pricing or introduce new tiers; any changes will be communicated in advance.

By submitting text, photos, audio, or other content to Snug, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, and analyze your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service-including our feedback and matching systems.

We’ll never sell your personal information or use your likeness in marketing without your consent.

Snug may provide feedback or insights based on your dating interactions, preferences, or third-party input (such as feedback from other users). These insights are intended to be supportive and educational, not diagnostic or therapeutic.

Snug is not a therapy or counseling service, and any advice provided should be considered guidance for personal growth-not a substitute for professional mental health care.

We care deeply about your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

All intellectual property related to Snug-including software, designs, trademarks, and content-is owned by Snug Technology, Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Snug is provided “as is” and “as available.”

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every match will lead to a relationship.

• Snug is not liable for any damages arising from user interactions, including emotional distress, loss of opportunity, or disputes between users.

Your use of Snug is at your own discretion and risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Snug, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms or our community values.

• We detect fraudulent, harmful, or inappropriate activity.

• It’s necessary to protect the integrity of our community.

Even after termination, sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in our services or policies. If we make material updates, we’ll notify you through the app or via email. Continued use after the changes means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
